Core responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers from lists, existing leads, or referrals.
  • Sales and consultation: Meet with prospective clients to explain services, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Inspection: Conduct on-site inspections to identify the type and extent of pest infestations.
  • Contract preparation: Create service contracts that detail the type of pest, the area to be treated, the proposed remedy, and pricing.
  • Closing sales: Obtain customer consent, finalize contracts, and schedule the service to begin.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain knowledge of various pests, effective treatment methods, and all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and skills

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough inspections and assessments.
  • Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) principles is beneficial.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of safety and environmental regulations
  • Driving License Mandatory
  • Sales Exp in Facility Management
