Full job description

We are looking for a highly professional and dedicated Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage executive-level tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Assist the Managing Director in both business and personal tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant at senior management level.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & spoken) in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the Managing Director in a corporate environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar executive support role.
