Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness sessions (personal & group training)
  • Assess clients’ fitness levels and create personalized workout plans
  • Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure client safety
  • Track client progress and motivate them to achieve goals
  • Prepare and guide warm-up, workout, and cooldown routines
  • Maintain a clean, positive, and professional training environment
  • Provide basic nutrition/healthy lifestyle guidance (if applicable)
  • Manage session schedule and client follow-ups
