We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Secretary. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role may require overseas travel, providing support in various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female only
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Appearance: Attractive and professional appearance.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel overseas as required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
