The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO and assist the existing Executive Assistant in managing daily operations. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to help ensure the CEO’s tasks and priorities are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the existing Executive Assistant in managing the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and task follow-ups.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation, reservations, events, and logistics as required.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in communication between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Track deadlines, reminders, email responses, and required follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support personal tasks, errands, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with project coordination and task delegation when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
  • 0–2 years experience in an administrative or coordinator role (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-up capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and team-support mindset.
