We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our marketing agency in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Must have a car and valid UAE driving license
  • Presentable, professional, and well-organized
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on the CEO’s daily tasks and schedules
  • Accompany and assist in client visits and meetings
  • Prepare and record meeting minutes
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Assist in government registrations and submissions
  • Provide general administrative and executive support
  • Location: Abu Dhabi
