We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant / Secretary to support our Managing Director. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in managing personal and professional tasks as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation efficiently.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks as required.
  • Be flexible to work beyond regular working hours and travel out of the country when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or Secretary
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Experience in managing travel bookings and related documents
  • Ability to work beyond normal working hours
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office
