Looking for personal assistant who will help out with two small startup businesses. This is an office job.

Requirements:

– fluent in English (written and spoken)

– Personal assistant experience

– Customer service experience

Responsibilities:
– Organizing schedules
– Answering customer inquiries (webshop, social media, email)
– Checking for orders on the websites
– Packing orders
– Managing the logistics of the office

Preferred:

– Driving license (company car will be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
