JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Manage and maintain the busy calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both domestically and internationally.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Personal Assistance:

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, including managing personal schedules, appointments, and travel.
  • Coordinate with household staff and manage personal projects and events.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours – 24/7 on call.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
