We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in English and Tagalog
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely
- Assist with task follow-ups, reminders, and deadline tracking
- Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Act as a point of contact and represent the executive professionally
Required Hard Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Tagalog
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations
- Calendar, email, and document management expertise
- Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
