Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in English and Tagalog
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely
  • Assist with task follow-ups, reminders, and deadline tracking
  • Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Act as a point of contact and represent the executive professionally

Required Hard Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Tagalog
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations
  • Calendar, email, and document management expertise
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
