We are hiring a Personal / Office Assistant to support company operations and private tasks. The role includes travel arrangements, office duties, and flexible weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, events, leisure).
  • Handling office tasks: printing, copying, typing simple documents.
  • Assisting with various tasks for the company owner and family.
  • Being available on weekends when needed (with laptop and phone access).

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic office software skills.
  • Working level of English.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role, 9:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week.
  • Must be reachable on weekends (compensated with days off during the week).
  • Laptop provided.
  • Mobile allowance: AED 200/month (own phone & SIM required).
  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 total package.
  • Medical insurance provided.

Legal & Employment:

  • Official employment with ANVAYA Shipping LLC.
  • Visa and EID provided after successful probation period.
