CKC Technology is a growing technology-focused company operating across multiple regions. We are seeking a Female highly organised and professional Personal Assistant / Receptionist to support the Director and oversee front-of-office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Personal Assistant to the Director
- Organise and manage domestic and international travel
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- Arrange and manage business meetings and schedules
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calendar management
- Provide day-to-day support with the Director’s work
- Oversee and assist with other business operations as required
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and clients
Language Requirements
- Primary: English (fluent)
- Secondary Any of the following: Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese
What We’re Looking For
- Female
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Confidence using email, calendars, and basic office software
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Previous PA, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus (but not essential)
