Position: Personal Assistant to Chairman

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai

Gender: Female

Nationality: Tagalog preferred

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with strong communication and multitasking skills, able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Draft, proofread, and send official emails and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other MS Office documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform general administrative and office management tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
