Position: Personal Assistant to Chairman
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Gender: Female
Nationality: Tagalog preferred
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with strong communication and multitasking skills, able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Draft, proofread, and send official emails and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other MS Office documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general administrative and office management tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
