We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support daily personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes when required
- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, bookings, and reminders
- Maintain files, records, and confidential information
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up to ensure completion
- Provide general administrative and personal support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and task management apps
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
