Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Manager

Job Overview

  • Support the Manager exclusively with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by managing schedules, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a professional approach with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain and track all tasks assigned by the Manager and ensure timely completion.
  • Collect updates, reports, and inputs from team members whenever instructed.
  • Handle client calls, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the Manager.
  • Manage reminders, priorities, and assist in day-to-day planning.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualities

  • Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently.
