Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Manager
Job Overview
- Support the Manager exclusively with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Ensure smooth workflow by managing schedules, communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a professional approach with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain and track all tasks assigned by the Manager and ensure timely completion.
- Collect updates, reports, and inputs from team members whenever instructed.
- Handle client calls, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and maintain organized documentation.
- Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the Manager.
- Manage reminders, priorities, and assist in day-to-day planning.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently.
