We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries
- Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of employer
- Run errands such as shopping, pickups/drop-offs, or deliveries
- Organize files, documents, and household or office tasks
- Assist with planning events, meetings, and personal projects
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and handle simple budgeting (if needed)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities
- Proficiency with smartphones, computers, and common office software
