Personal Assistant

Job Description:

  • Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and professional business correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize and assist in company events, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks assigned by the CEO

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a PA to a CEO or top-level executive
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional appearance, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
