We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in English and Gujarati to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Gujarati.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient organisation of records.
- Support personal tasks, errands, and ad-hoc requests.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Gujarati (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
