Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate and organize meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
- Assist with project management and tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain organized files and records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
