Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars and scheduling
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
  • Assist with project management and tracking
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintain organized files and records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
