Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage daily schedules, calendar appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for meetings and events.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Social Media & Creative Support
- Assist with photography of ongoing projects, site visits, and behind-the-scenes studio content.
- Manage and schedule posts for BYHM’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Support in editing photos/videos and creating marketing content in line with the brand aesthetic.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing vendors as needed.
Accounting & Financial Tracking
- Record and monitor project expenses, supplier payments, and petty cash.
- Prepare basic financial summaries and payment follow-ups.
- Assist with invoicing, quotation tracking, and coordination with the accountant.
Operational & Personal Assistance
- Run errands related to office, materials, and project requirements.
- Drive to meetings, suppliers, and sites when necessary (valid UAE driver’s license required).
- Support personal scheduling and day-to-day logistics for the Founder when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication (English required, Arabic a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Understanding of interior design, photography, or creative industries is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and confident driving in Dubai.
- Discretion, reliability, and a polished professional appearance.
