We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Dubai office. This role is perfect for someone who can handle confidential matters with professionalism and provide seamless administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain effective filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented.
