We are looking for an experienced and dependable Payroll & Admin Executive with a strong background in payroll, accounts, HR, and general administration. The ideal candidate can work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively with clients and staff, and prepare accurate management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support HR, accounts, and administrative functions as required
- Prepare, analyse, and present reports for management review
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on daily operations
- Ensure smooth and organised office processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in payroll, accounts, HR, and administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other MS Office tools
- Skilled in using ERP systems and accounting or HR software
- Excellent in preparing and interpreting reports and data
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and perform under pressure
