Female Care Coordinator & Tele-sales Agent Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to patients inquiries.
  • Communicating with patients through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving patients’ complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of patients, or clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Female Care Coordinator & Tele-sales Agent Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
  • Skillful using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
