A new luxury clinic opening in Dubai is seeking a polished and highly organized Patient Coordinator to manage the patient journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
This role is key in delivering an exceptional, seamless, and discreet experience for a premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and manage appointments with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate patient flow and ensure minimal waiting times
  • Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-clinic communication
  • Explain treatment processes, packages, and aftercare instructions
  • Support doctors and nurses with scheduling and patient preparation
  • Manage patient files, consent forms, and basic documentation
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
  • Uphold confidentiality and clinic service standards at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical, aesthetic, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, professional appearance
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage)
  • Comfortable using clinic systems and scheduling software
