Cosmedent Medical center is looking for a dedicated and professional Patient Coordinator / Sales Coordinator to join our team.

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Provide detailed information about treatments, procedures, and clinic services
• Coordinate between patients and medical staff to ensure clear communication
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator/ Sales Coordinator in a medical or aesthetics clinic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in scheduling systems and administrative tasks
• Based in Dubai with fluency in Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
