Patient Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Patient Coordinator to manage the complete patient journey — from initial enquiry through consultation, booking, and post-procedure follow-up.
You will be the main point of contact for patients and the link between our clinical team, management, and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and ethical information about our procedures and pathways.
  • Coordinate consultations, bookings, and post-care appointments.
  • Liaise with surgeons, dietitians, and bariatric nurses to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain detailed records using our CRM system.
  • Follow up proactively with patients, including flexible evening outreach where appropriate.
  • Support management with administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage digital leads and respond to social-media enquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in private healthcare (bariatric, aesthetic, or surgical field preferred).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with professional, confident communication.
  • Experience using CRM or patient management systems.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn medical terminology (training provided).
  • Flexible approach to working hours when needed to reach patients.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience handling social-media or digital leads.
  • Familiarity with weight-loss or bariatric patients.
  • Background in digital marketing or lead follow-up.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or regional languages (an advantage).
