• Supports the provision of safe, patient and family focused quality care.
• Creates a positive patient experience at our facility. Exhibits a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care
• Supports the successful achievements of Clinic Operations strategic goals.
• Transfers the patient luggage to/from patient rooms.
• Escorts patient to rooms upon admission and discharge if needed.
• Escorts patient whenever need arise throughout the hospital premises.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all hospital services and facilities.
• Assists departments with their transportation needs throughout the hospital.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Experience:

• Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
• Exposure to / experience with customer service principles
• Knowledge of Arabic desirable.
