Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Parking Operator to manage the daily operations of our parking facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth customer experience, maintain a clean and safe environment, and uphold all parking rules and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Cashier
- Assist customers politely and professionally.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- Issue tickets, process validations, and manage receipts.
- Patrolling & Site Monitoring
- Regularly patrol the parking area to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prevent unauthorized parking and ensure vehicles use designated spaces only.
- Report any suspicious activity, damages, or incidents promptly.
- Facility Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and tidy parking environment.
- Ensure signage, equipment, and barriers are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs when needed.
- Operational Duties
- Open and close the site (if required).
- Monitor entry and exit lanes, ticket machines, and payment points.
- Maintain accurate logs and daily reports.
- Teamwork & Coordination
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist team members during peak hours or emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management.
- Full Site Responsibility
- Take ownership of the site during the assigned shift.
- Ensure all procedures, safety rules, and operational standards are followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems.
- Physically fit for continuous patrolling.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
