Job Summary

The Chocolate Packing Helper is responsible for assisting in the packing, labeling, and preparation of chocolate products for dispatch. This role ensures all chocolates are packed neatly, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, arrange, and pack chocolates into boxes, trays, or wrappers.
• Ensure chocolates are handled carefully to avoid melting, breakage, or contamination.
• Assist in labeling packages with correct product information and expiry dates.
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure chocolates meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the packing area, tools, and workstations.
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in weighing, sealing, and counting packed items.
• Support machine operators by supplying materials when needed.
• Report any product defects or machine issues to the supervisor.
• Help prepare finished goods for storage or delivery.

Requirements

• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and hygiene.
• Prior packing experience is a plus (food industry preferred).
