Key Responsibilities:As a Personal Assistant (PA):

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

As an Events Coordinator:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, brand activations, and client meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and third-party suppliers to ensure event success.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) – a must.
  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Events Coordinator.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours during events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
