A leading company in the Food & Beverage sector is looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on professional with strong operational expertise and deep market knowledge within the UAE F&B industry.

Key Requirements:

Strong network and market knowledge within the UAE F&B sector
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or supervisory roles
Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken
Must have a valid OWN VISA
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams, streamline operations, and ensure service excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across multiple outlets or locations
• Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Train and support staff to maintain high performance
