Are you passionate about working in café & Restaurant and have extensive experience in the industry? We are seeking an experienced Café/Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and lead our operations. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Branch, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage the Outlet, including training and supervising staff members.
– Ensure the highest standards of Food & Beverage quality and consistency are maintained.
– Develop and implement standard operating procedures for coffee preparation, including brewing methods, espresso shots, and latte art.
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
– Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
– Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer queries and addressing any concerns or complaints.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and new coffee products, making recommendations for menu updates and improvements.
– Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure beverage/food meets our standards.
– Collaborate with the management team to bring out ideas and implement strategies that will bring value.
-Conduct staff Appraisals
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Restaurant or Café. Having a strong background in coffee-related role will be an added advantage.
– Knowledge of food & speciality coffee-based drinks, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
– Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– A passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage operations.
– Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
-Strong leadership skills and can work without any supervision and manage to lead a team efficiently.
