Job Summary

The Outlet Cashier will be responsible for handling transactions efficiently and accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process cash, credit/debit card transactions, and returns accurately
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
• Assist in stocking shelves and keeping the outlet tidy when required
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in food & beverage or cashiering in Hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• POS (Point-of-Sale) system knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• With Accounting educational background
