Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
