Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the chocolate Industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Maintain and update CRM system with sales activities and customer information
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in a sales role in the chocolate industry (B2B or B2C depending on the industry)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required)
