Reality Building Materials Trading LLC is hiring Outdoor Sales Executives for our Al Quoz branch. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals with solid experience in the Dubai building materials market.

The ideal candidate will be confident in field sales, capable of building long-term client relationships, and driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Visit construction sites, contractors, consultants, and developers
• Promote and sell building materials effectively
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the building materials industry
• Dubai market experience is mandatory
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Pleasant, approachable personality with a professional appearance
