Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold visits.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Follow up sales quotations, proposals, and follow‑ups.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during site visits, meetings, and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in outdoor or field sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer segments.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
