Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for manpower supply services
• Generate leads through calls, visits, and market research
• Prepare and share manpower quotations as per client requirements
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Coordinate with operations team for worker mobilization
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of clients, contracts, and follow-ups

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in manpower supply or related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE market and industries
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
