About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Online/ outdoor Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Dubai. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic and preference will be given to female candidates with a background in the flowers or floral industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online customer inquiries and process orders.
• Increase online sales through effective communication and upselling.
• Promote seasonal offers and campaigns to boost conversions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth deliveries.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• On-site role, based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
• Prior sales experience required (flowers industry experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (flowers/floral industry background preferred).
