Job Responsibilities

As an Optical Sales Executive, you will:

  • Greet and assist customers in choosing frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
  • Provide expert advice on eyewear styles, lens options, and coatings.
  • Conduct basic vision screening (if trained).
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure store displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Stay updated with the latest optical products and technologies.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Must speak Hindi.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in optical sales (UAE experience).
  • Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and retail hours.
