Job Responsibilities
As an Optical Sales Executive, you will:
- Greet and assist customers in choosing frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Provide expert advice on eyewear styles, lens options, and coatings.
- Conduct basic vision screening (if trained).
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure store displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest optical products and technologies.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Must speak Hindi.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in optical sales (UAE experience).
- Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work on weekends and retail hours.
