- Assist in the execution of projects within the maintenance departments.
- Update and follow up on project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Support purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and coordinating with suppliers and external consultants.
- Maintain accurate records related to operations and procurement.
- Support smooth communication and coordination between departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Help prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management.
- Provide support for urgent or ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Relevant education or hands-on experience in administration, operations support, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in purchasing or supplier coordination will be considered an advantage
