Job Description
  • Assist in the execution of projects within the maintenance departments.
  • Update and follow up on project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and coordinating with suppliers and external consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records related to operations and procurement.
  • Support smooth communication and coordination between departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Help prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management.
  • Provide support for urgent or ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant education or hands-on experience in administration, operations support, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in purchasing or supplier coordination will be considered an advantage
