• Coordinate daily operations, optimizing workflow and resource allocation to meet clients deadlines.
• Ability to Supervise a diverse team of workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team skills and promote a culture of safety and a friendly environment.
• Monitor performance metrics, implementing process to improve the productivity of employees.
• Ability to resolved conflicts and addressed employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• communicate with operations manager to develop strategic plans for labor utilization, mobilization and demobilization plan according to projected executions.
• Maintain accurate records of labor attendance, and work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ability to do multitasking

Skills Qualification and Experience

• Good communications skill in English ,Hindi and Arabic is plus .
• Qualification : Higher secondary
• Experience : 2 Years .
• UAE Driving License Required
