Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations with high efficiency, quality, and accountability. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project delivery, strong interdepartmental coordination, and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will run the operations department like clockwork—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while working closely with the Managing Director on strategic execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational functions including Design, Procurement, Development, Customer Service, Technical, Production, and Installation
  • Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery from handover to completion
  • Enforce company processes, procedures, and code of conduct consistently
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate effectively across departments to ensure smooth execution
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate operations teams and coordinators
  • Conduct client meetings, gather requirements, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analysis for management
  • Support management decisions and participate in leadership meetings
  • Conduct HR market research and provide recommendations for recruitment and team structure improvements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or relevant discipline required)
  • Proven experience in Operations Management or Business Management
  • Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
  • Strong experience managing multi-department operations and projects
