JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Facilitate budget planning for a smooth flow of operations.
  • Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, briefing, and placing calls
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare presentation materials, and reports for meetings.
  • Manage and review incident and emergency investigations.
  • Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery
  • Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
  • Plan, select and oversee appropriate equipment and/or technologies.
  • look after sales team , as well as introducing the sales ideas , signing up with service providers and aggregator making sure of the growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Preferably with experience in cleaning industry through various channels.
  • Possess good leadership skills
  • Project Management skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
  • Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
