Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong hospitality background in the UAE and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering).
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead, train, and motivate departmental teams to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and analysis for management review.
- Support the General Manager in business planning, revenue enhancement, and staff development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE hospitality experience in a similar or supervisory operational role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) preferred.
