Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations across multiple business functions.

· Develop and implement processes, KPIs, and policies.

· Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts.

· Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational goals.

· Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

· 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management.

· Strong understanding of supply chain and process optimization.

· Proficiency in data analysis, ERP/CRM systems, and reporting.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is an advantage.
