Role Summary
We are hiring an Operations Manager based in Dubai to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and resource utilization.
• Collaborate across teams (engineering, sales, finance) to ensure smooth process flow.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational processes.
• Maintain operational budgets, supplier relationships, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or administrative management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE business practices.
