Are you passionate about e-commerce, sports fashion, and love turning ideas into action?
Join us on an exciting journey to launch a new sports brand in collaboration with fitness influencers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the founder in day-to-day tasks, scheduling, planning, and communication.
- Coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and fulfillment centers.
- Managing product inventory, shipping timelines, and order tracking.
- Assisting in preparing documents, presentations, and product information sheets.
- Collaborating with social media and content teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitoring inquiries, feedback, and customer support messages (DMs, emails).
- Helping with product photo shoots, packaging improvements, and creative ideas.
- Handling operational tasks such as invoicing, courier arrangements, and quality checks.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Has 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin support, or startup/e-commerce environments.
- Is fluent in Arabic.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is proactive, energetic, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Holds a valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
- Bonus: Interest in fashion, fitness, or influencer marketing.
