We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling daily reservations, coordinating with vendors, assigning drivers, and ensuring smooth execution of operations to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process daily reservations received from clients and the sales team.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, restaurants, and tour operators to confirm bookings and arrangements.
  • Assign drivers and vehicles for transfers, tours, and activities as per client requirements.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure punctuality, accuracy, and quality of service.
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Track and update reservation records, schedules, and assignments in the system.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety guidelines, and service standards.
  • Provide support to the operations manager in reporting, vendor management, and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
