Role Summary

This leadership role plays a key part in optimizing internal workflows, elevating team performance, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
  • Assign tasks and ensure timely completion aligned with business priorities.
  • Evaluate team productivity and implement motivational strategies to boost performance.
  • Address operational roadblocks and partner with senior management to develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain organizational compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Guide, train, and mentor team members to support skill development and engagement.
  • Generate reports on operational metrics and present insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to maintain workflow alignment.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and cost optimization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in operations or team supervision, ideally within a consulting or multi-service business.
  • Familiarity with business functions across accounting, HR, and software/IT services.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
